The Mindful Life Coach
Sometimes life feels hard. From time to time, no matter how hard we try, the future we dreamed of and the present we hoped for are far from our daily experience. We experience anxiety, indecision, lack of direction, hopelessness. Sometimes, we need some support to move through it.
Mindful Life Coaching is a transformational method based in the principles of mindfulness, that enables you to access a deeper awareness, build inner resource, and develop practical skills to find focus and clarity. I support clients to achieve positive change during our time together, while instilling skills that serve long after. Clients leave their time with me resourced and knowledgeable in how to support themselves in the future.
I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma. The sources of trauma for the individual can and do vary immensely, but the resulting feelings of overwhelm, issues of anxiety, isolation, loss of self belief and confusion among various other issues can be transformed through trauma coaching.
