The Mindful Life Coach
Sometimes life feels difficult From time to time, no matter how hard we try, the future we dreamed of and the present we hoped for are far from what we imagined. We experience anxiety, indecision, lack of direction and hopelessness. Sometimes, we need some support to move through it.
Mindful Life Coaching is a method based in the principles of mindfulness, that enables you to access a deeper awareness, build inner resource, and develop practical skills to find focus and clarity. I support clients to achieve positive change during our time together, while teaching mindfulness skills that will serve long after. Clients leave their time with me resourced and knowledgeable and more able to support themselves in the future.
For individuals who have experienced trauma, we work directly on that trauma using the QEC technique. The sources of trauma for the individual can and do vary immensely, but the resulting feelings of overwhelm, issues of anxiety, shame, isolation, and negative belief are often shared. Trauma Coaching offers the opportunity to release and let go and to leave space to build inner resources again.
I have trained with leading Mindfulness and Trauma providers, including the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, university of Oxford, Master Certified Coach, Buddhist Chaplain, Psychotherapist and founder of the Mindfulness Coaching School Anne-Marie McKelvey LPCC, MCC, Founder of Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness David Treleavan, and am International Coaching Federation trained, and an Advanced Trauma Practitioner of QEC.
All sessions are available online in US and European time zones. Face to face sessions take place in Paris.
