Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of what is happening in the here and now in a curious, open and accepting way. When we explore what’s really happening in the present, without distractions of the future, our daily tasks, or the looping narratives that are part of our daily lives, we can start to use that information to transform, making real and lasting change.

 

Mindful Life Coaching is a moment be moment, experienced based style of coaching, which is particularly useful for those suffering from anxiety, lack of confidence, depression, social issues and self esteem.

Together we will use Mindfulness practices, alongside more traditional Life Coaching tools to achieve a heightened sense of awareness of yourself and situations and become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. You will develop have a workable plan to achieve achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle with my support, work towards your goals.

 

All sessions happen online, and are available in European and American time zones.
